That blog place is an upcoming website that creates custom headers and backgrounds for your blog. They recently did a giveaway on their blog for a free header and sadly, I wasn't a winner. :( I WAS however, very surprised to see in my email a code for a FREE header of my own. They were kind enough to give me a code because I entered. Isn't that awesome?
