Green To Grow Review

As a parent, who both breastfed and gave bottles periodically for convenience, I was happily surprised to read the descriptions of Green To Grow's bottles and nipples. I had no idea really that the bottles I used, when my daughter was an infant were so toxic until a report was released about them. I felt really guilty that I had exposed her to BPA and a few other chemicals found in the plastic her bottles were made of.

Green To Grow's bottles are tested in the U.S. to ensure they meet the highest standards for quality and safety, are free of lead and PVC , include a Beginner (slow flow, 0-3 months)nitrosamine-free silicone nipple, are compatible with Medela breast pump, come in 100% recycled packaging, and are dishwasher safe (top rack). They are made from PES plastic(polyethersulfone) which has been tested extensively and found to be less porous and less reactive than other materials, PES remains dimensionally stable over a wide range of temperatures, is resistant to most chemicals, and can withstand repeated sterilization.

Green To Grow offers baby bottles in 5 oz. size and 10 oz. size. They offer a wide and standard nipple in non toxic silicone. They also carry reusable totes and reusable baby cloths for all of your baby care needs. My favorite is the Welcome Home Set they offer that contains:

•2 5 oz regular neck bottles
•2 10 oz regular neck bottles
•1 package of intermediate regular neck nipples
(3 – 6 months)
•1 package of expert regular neck nipples (6+ months)
•1 organic cotton baby cloth (colors vary)
